Inspired by the ideas behind the creation of London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and its later developments, the Chairman of the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science (TSE) Foundation, Huang-Hsiung Huang, and its major donor, Hai Linchen, try to help Taiwan respond forcefully to challenges of our times by creating TSE to nurture talents, create global connections, and make Taiwan forge ahead in tandem with the world.
