The earliest blueprint came from the blueprint drafted by Academician Yun-han Chu. Between March and May, 2019, Academician Chu was truly the initiator of TSE’s original ideas.
Ji Shan
The Transformer of the TSE Idea
From August 14, 2019 to September 15, 2019, Prof. Ji Shan transformed Academician Chu’s blueprint to the “Proposal for Establishing the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science,” which laid out the foundation upon which the TSE Foundation collaborated with other academic institutions. Prof. Shan was truly the transformer of the TSE idea.
