This forum is dedicated to discussing electricity pricing, allocation, distribution, sustainability, fiscal responsibility, and industrial development. It provides a foundation and a general framework for proposing policy recommendations. The forum examines the case of Taiwan, as well as the Singapore and U.S. models, which may offer valuable insights for future policy direction.
We are honored to invite Nobel Laureate Professor Steven Chu (Stanford University and Academician) as the keynote speaker for this forum. We are also pleased to welcome a distinguished group of scholars and experts, including Professor James Liao, President of Academia Sinica, as well as Academicians Professor Ping Wang, Professor Yiting Li, and Professor Chang-Tai Hsieh, among others, to participate in this event.
